Are there procedure options that can help sharpen the inner corners of my eyes? (photos)

I've always disliked how circlular, big, and round the inner corners of my eyes look, so I was wondering if there's any procedure out there that can make them look sharper (like the second photo). The first picture is a picture of my inner corners now. The second picture is what I want them to look like. (I pulled down slightly on my skin to make that sharp inner corner look).

There are procedures to sharpen the inner canthus.  They typically involve making a small skin flap in this area and using some sutures to secure things. Likely it can be done in the office with local anesthesia.  There is no guarantee it will be as sharp as you want, but sharper is likely.
