Are there surgical options that can help me achieve a ephicantic fold or monolid? (photos)

I'm blasian and I have a doble-lid without an ephicantic fold, when I was younger I had it, but now I don't. I always wanted to look more like my mom, look more filipino. She was the only one that raised me and I always wanted my eyes to look like hers. I have quite fat in the eye and if I pull it down I can create something like an ephicantic fold. Is there any surgical or non-surgical process to get monolids or at least an ephicantic fold?
