Can an upper blepharoplasty be performed with a fat transfer in the same area? Will any fat added eventually sag? (photos)

Hi I posted this question to fat transfer but I think it's more appropriate for eyelid surgery.. I melted the fat pad above my eyeball "the roof" and now I have major laxity and volume loss. I know a bleph will help, but am wondering if there is a safe way to replace the volume. Will any volume put there eventually get heavy as sag? I know filler is an option too but worry with it being hydrophilic and causing swelling or migration etc. thanks for your time!
