Hi I posted this question to fat transfer but I think it's more appropriate for eyelid surgery.. I melted the fat pad above my eyeball "the roof" and now I have major laxity and volume loss. I know a bleph will help, but am wondering if there is a safe way to replace the volume. Will any volume put there eventually get heavy as sag? I know filler is an option too but worry with it being hydrophilic and causing swelling or migration etc. thanks for your time!

Options to fill the superior sulcus include moving your native nasal fat pad centrally (fat transposition), fat grafting, or filler. In my hands, if I am doing a blepharoplasty surgery, the fat transposition of the nasal fat pad is my first option to add volume back to the superior sulcus. This will not sag or cause the eyelid to drop. Best to see an eyelid expert.
