Getting lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty without co2 laser - will I likely have hollowing? (photos)

I'm 28 years old and I'm getting lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty next month without co2 laser but I'm afraid the skin would get too loose, also I see that most people do fat transfer or fat repositioning but my doctor is going to do just fat removal would that be effective or would I have hollowing? And I have a little bit of filler residue in my left eye, would that be okay to do the surgery?

Having transconjunctival lower eyelid surgery will not cause excess lower eyelid skin. Often skin resurfacing can be helpful. However, CO2 skin resurfacing, depending on the actual device, is often a poor choice. Even something as mild as a TCA 35% peel could be very helpful. Less is more. So start with the lower eyelid surgery and see how you heal. You can easily do more in the future if it is needed. Less is more.

In my opinion, you are not a candidate for a blepharoplasty and the worst thing you could do is remove the fat. It will only make you hollow eyed. Even if one tried to reposition the fat, it will not correct the problem. What you need is to fill the area under the orbital ligament and over the bone and muscle.
