Masculine profile and Adam's apple on female - suggestions for a more feminine look? (photos)

I would like my face to look more feminine, especially seeing as I have a slim somewhat masculine build as well. Also, I have a somewhat prominent Adam's apple (for a woman) that, to me, only adds to this. Any suggestions?
