Masculine profile and Adam's apple on female - suggestions for a more feminine look? (photos)

I would like my face to look more feminine, especially seeing as I have a slim somewhat masculine build as well. Also, I have a somewhat prominent Adam's apple (for a woman) that, to me, only adds to this. Any suggestions?

Two simultaneously performed procedure would help soften your profile...Adam's Apple and chin reduction. Your chin is a little strong and pointy in profile and reducing it would soften the jawline appearance. Flattening out the Adam's Apple would also smooth out the neckline.

A conservative shave of your Adam’s apple could give you a more feminine neck. Would have to consider that a shape of the Adams apple would only take care of the midline projection at the very top of the thyroid cartilage.
