I am currently considering tracheal shave. My concern is, however, the potential for damaging my vocal cords. I have a naturally feminine cis, gendered voice, and I want to make sure that I preserve it. I have consulted with doctors, some do the scarless method and others do the external incision. All tout their method to be the safest and the gold standard so I am not sure who to believe. I know it all comes down to surgeon skills, but objectively and medically speaking, which is safest?!

Hello, I would like to ask whether one could have Botox or HA fillers as an alternative to the tracheal shave procedure.

Hello, I am 24M not interested in feminization. I have kyphosis and don't like the camel neck apperance I have. I can feel that it is due to both my adams apple and trachea. I was looking on if anything can be done make this less visible? Unfortunately the root cause (kyphosis) cannot be helped.

Hi my name is Eunice, And I'm a young woman of 19 years old (african dark skin girl). So I hate my Adam's apple, I can see it sometimes when I take videos. I'm somewhere btw 173,5 -175 and I weight 58 Kg. I'm a model too so I'm taking good care of myself, not that I want to take 10 kg but I want to take weight, like 6 kg more, do you think that could make my Adam's apple appear less? I had a trachea shave on 03/08/2022 with an incision under the chin. A tunnel was created to access and shave the cartilage. Initially I had a huge bumb, larger than my original cartilage, however I was told that it will disolve within six months. My other concern was that my skin get pulled up and down when I swallow and creates a non-attractive, wrinkle looking skin on my neck. Attaching pictures.
