Dr Beren’s is an amazing plastic surgeon. I had basal cell carcinoma removed from my nose by Mohs. I went to her for the repair afterwards. She did a fantastic job. Just had my first dermabrasion treatment today after 6 weeks. She is so kind and caring and explains everything very well. I’m excited to see the end results.

Dr. Berens is just amazing. I first visited her office almost 2 years ago to consult about potential care. I was very apprehensive. She listened carefully to everything I was hoping to accomplish as well as all my concerns. She was very attentive and demonstrated sensitivity to both my wishes and my concerns. She arranged an initial plan that has been fabulous. Under her care I feel and look wonderful, and my confidence has grown as well. In every situation she has demonstrated extreme patience, knowledge, skill, and compassion. She is continuously improving and expanding her knowledge base and sharing options that she knows are of interest. She always takes time to check in, evaluate, and my office visits never feel rushed as can happen with some physicians. She treats each person as if they alone are her top priority. She seems to take a genuine interest in her patients, and this is evident in her care. I admire and trust Dr. Berens implicitly. I highly recommend her and look forward to many years in her care.

She's a great doctor, with a very warm and professional personality. Everything was great up until I got denied by my insurance for a procedure she and her office had worked on for months. Then not a word from her or her office. I don't know if she has dropped me as a patient, or what has happened. However, when I don't hear from a doctor I feel left out on my own. Updated on 17 Sep 2020: Dr. Berens has stood by me through my insurance denials, and we finally got approval for my FFS. She is an awesome doctor, and I would recommend her to anyone in Washington State. She and her staff will work for you endlessly to get your insurance to pay for your procedure, or help you with whatever you as an individual need. Updated on 11 Mar 2021: Dr. Berens did my facial feminization surgery. She raised my forehead thus shaping my eyebrows. She contoured my jaws to make my face look more feminine. She also contoured and reshaped my chin to give it that nice female shape. I believe she also gave me a facelift (possibly), and she liposuction the fat out of my neck. I look like an entirely different person than I used too. It's amazing the care, time, and dedication she took to my face. I would recommend her to anyone.

I thought everything went very well, I was very impressed with her and I felt like all the gals were nice and made you feel comfortable. I found I seemed to do better if I had a nap every day, I was very glad that I had Dr. Berens do my surgery and the way she build up the muscle and cheek were very well.

Dr. Berens was very polite and professional. I think she did a great job and made other appointments for me if I needed them. She made several suggestions that have helped and took calls if those suggestions did not work to suggest something else.

You can't do better. Had two procedures done inside my nose and She was great with all her care. Spent all the time you want explaining what is going to happen and works hard to get your operation set for as soon as possible. Aftercare is also great, any issue, just come in for another visit to ask about your concerns. Would highly recommend

I had experienced limited ability to breath through my nose for decades. Dr Berens quickly diagnosed the problem. She was very clear with the treatment needed and did it well. Super great communication. I have a great result and had no pain in the recovery. It is so wonderful to be able to breath easily and sleep well. The day of the surgery I was especially touched that right before going under anesthesia, she came over to my side of the table put her hand on my hand with the IV, and assured me that all was going to be well. That was very compassionate and appreciated. The whole experience was the best ever. I very grateful! Thank you Dr. Berens and the whole staff.

The staff was wonderful and supportive. This was my first surgery ever and was very very nervous !!! They made it a very comfortable experience. I can now breathe through my nose again, Amazing !!Totally satisfied all the way around.

Saw Dr. Berens for 2 issues on my face. One that my regular Dermatologist just wanted to burn off, which she did and it was still there and started to grow larger. The second issue was on my chin and also started to bother me. My Dermatologist wouldn't remove them, but referred me to Dr. Berens. I am so pleased by Dr. Berens for moving forward to remove and enjoyed and recommend her for all other issues.

I was a little nervous about the cyst on my forehead hairline. Dr. Berens was quick to put me at ease with the whole procedure. I'm so very pleased with her and her staff, they made the whole process quite relaxing. I will recommend her to anyone I know. One would never never know that the cyst was even there.
