Thanks for the lovely pictures and the question!  Your cheeks look fine and symmetric.  I would give them a few more weeks to settle down rather than dissolving them at this point.  A before picture would've been helpful ;-)

Your cheek fillers look nice and they appear symmetrical. Take a little more time to adjust to the change before deciding whether or not to have the filler dissolved.

In my opinion, I think they look good and not over done. I would hold off on using Hyaluronidase to dissolve the fillers. I recommend giving it more time to settle in and you might feel more comfortable about your cheeks. To me they don't look over filled, and I certainly wouldn't look at you and say you've had too much cheek filler. They're smooth and there are no obvious lumps. It's difficult to be objective without a picture of your cheeks before filler though, so really you're the only person that can answer that question.
It's never easy to get absolute symmetry in any patient and I wouldn't aim for this rigidly. Your cheeks look fine!
