Dear Yolanda, You do not need an app for BBL because the outcome , unfortunately, is quite predictable. The fat does not last beyond 6 - 12 months, as I have seen on many patients who came to my surgery center for butt implants surgery after their disappointment from the fat injection to the butts by other surgeons. Fat injection to the butts is physilogically illogical, because you can't expect injected fat to survive without good circulation. Many patient do the procedure multiple times, but the results are similar. Think about it, if large fat injection would have been consistent and reliable, breast implants would have disappeared from the matket. The reality is that last year, breast implants surgery was the number one cosmetic surgery performed in the US. Your best option is butt implants surgery. They do not disappear and when done correctly, they give you a very attractive and natural result. Consult only with board certified plastic surgeons who do lots of butt implants surgery in an accredited surgery center for your safety. Not all results are the same , because there are different techniques and different implants shapes and softness. Check the before and after pictures to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and you like them. Check also the reviews for positive patients experience. Best of luck, Dr Widder
The results generated by one surgeon may be extremely different from the results of another surgeon. Select a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of BBLs each year, has good reviews, and has good before and after pictures.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Not that I know of, but visiting the surgeon's website can get you a lot of information. See a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of BBLs and who has privileges to perform this surgery at a local hospital. Ask the surgeon how many have you performed last year? Don't settle for vague answers. BBL surgery has a steep learning curve, the first few never seem to work ...then with time you get to achieve a remarkable retention rate. All surgeries carry risks, having realistic expectations and selecting the right surgeon is a must. Good luck.
Allow, me to share with you some information that you may not hear elsewhere. There are only two proven safe and relatively effective methods for Buttock Augmentation and Hip Augmentation: 1) Autologous Fat Transfer (using your own fat, transferring from one area of the body to the other)...
Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. I recommend my patients to wait at least 4 weeks before resuming their workout routine (cardio, lift, etc.). If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon. Hope this is helpful. Good luck :)
I prefer that patients wear the cut-out compression garments, but there are some surgeons that do not believe in using garments.
