My private is very swollen as well one of my lips is now longer then the other is this normal? Its extra puffy and now one hangs longer ?? I also when in weighing 127 after 4 days I weighed 136 is that normal?? Thank you for your time..

Swelling in your private area is very common after lower abdominal liposuction (which was likely part of your BBL). This should resolve, but if you have concerns, obviously seek advice from your surgeon. You should be examined to make sure that there is not a fluid collection that needs to be drained.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation is normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

Swelling in the vaginal region may be related to harvesting fat from the abdomen or from fat injection in the upper thigh region. This is not uncommon. If you have concerns see your doctor.

thank you for your question. It is very common to experience edema or swelling in the perineum following liposuction of the abdomen, mons, or upper thighs. This is a temporary side effect and should resolve within a few days. Distortion of the labia is also not uncommon and will resolve. If this does not seem to be getting better within a week or so, you should contact your physician for further guidance and evaluation.
