Curious about 2000cc breast implants. How can I reach my goal size?

Curious about breast implants I'm a 28 year old female interested in getting 2000cc breast implants. I'm a 38DDD and I was looking for information on how to get to my goal size with saline expanders. Or looking for any recommendations. I'm 5'3 and 145lbs.

There will be a potential for a multitude of problems associated with breast augmentation to this extreme. The problems will be short term and long term. Be sure you are thoroughly educated regarding the risks before proceeding with this surgery.

2,000cc breast implants on anyones frame, including someone starting at a 38DDD and 5'3/145, are gigantic.
The largest silicone implants out there are 800cc. Some saline implants can be over-filled, but even over-filling an 800-850cc saline implant wont get you nearly to 2,000cc.
Please have a frank conversation with your surgeon about your goals. I would suggest talking with your surgeon about the long term implications of such large implants, especially the question of long term structural support. My fear is that a 2,000cc saline breast augmentation (or anything close to that size) at age 28 will descend halfway to your belly button by the time you are 35...

hello, thank you for your question. There are large implant sizes of that volume that do exist. You already have large breasts and adding that size implant may not sit in the same spot as your natural breast tissue. In other words the natural breast tissue will be heavy and sit and at the bottom of the implant and the implant will sit up high. So it wont look great. Of course you can consult with plastic surgeons that will perform this size implant, its custom order and sometimes double implants are used?

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

I know a few surgeons who do this. However I suspect 99 percent of surgeons belyeve it’s just a bad idea. There are very few surgeons who do this. If it was a reasonable thing to do more surgeons would be doing it.

Don't do it!!! Breast implants do not go up to that size in the US, and expanders are not designed to last several years.  Plus, you would stretch and thin your own tissue so badly that it may not support the weight of anything and just sag. Big breasts sitting on your lap are not pretty!!  Also, that weight would be very heavy on your neck and shoulders.  You would just ruin your breasts.

Hi and welcome to our forum!It may prove difficult to achieve your goal which would require fabrication of a custom sized implant (implant stacking is not recommended). Depending upon the amount of present skin laxity, skin expanders may be required to achieve the desired volume over a number of months. The expanders would ultimately be replaced with permanent breast implants. Problems of excessive skin stretching, implant displacement, and heaviness resulting in back and neck pain are not uncommon. Permanent skin scarring may be the result of later breast reduction. Think of the future...Consider an implant size that fits your frame.Best wishes...
