My nipples are long and sort of hanging down now. Will a nipple reduction be better than implants? (Photos)

I’m finished breastfeeding and my nipples are long and sort of hanging down now. I was told that small implants might help lift them up. Is this true? I don’t want bigger boobs but a slight increase to get them back to how they were before would be ok. Would this be enough or would I need a nipple reduction as well? I like to not wear a bra but my nipples make me self conscious now.

Hello, There is minimal sagging in the breasts. A 1-2 cm lift can be achieved with periareolar mastopexy. If more lifting is desired, a doughnut-shaped vertical mastopexy can be performed.
