Uneven areola & areola too big after reduction, is there anything I can do? (Photos)

Your breasts are certainly not "ugly" and although not perfect, you have had a very good aesthetic outcome. Regarding the asymmetry, careful markings are placed prior to surgery and the symmetry is always very good at the end of the procedure. During the healing and maturation process the breasts will go through changes that are not always symmetric, resulting in differences when fully healed. Having said this, if you are truly unhappy, the breasts can be revised. Discuss your options with your surgeon.

I think your surgeon did a great job with your reduction. You can always have your nipples downsized, but it is hard to predict how much they will stretch out after a revision, for the position of the nipples you would likely need to reduce the distance from the nipple to the fold under the breast on that side. The other side may need a similar procedure to have that done, it is hard to tell based on pictures exactly what would fix the things that bother you but there are definitely options

If you wish, an areola reduction can be performed again with local anesthesia. During this procedure, the areola sizes can also be made symmetrical.

From the photos, it certainly does not appear that you have a 1 cm difference in your areolar diameters. It also appears that the second bikini cup is pulled more laterally than the right. Regardless, your areolae can always be furthered reduced in size. Return to your surgeon for options. Good luck!
