Large nipple reduction possible? (Photo)

Question

My nipples are inverted and when I pull them out with a corrector device they are so large. Is it possible to make them smaller? Also what are the small protruding bumps on the nipples themselves? They almost look like weird skin tags.

Your nipples can be reduced in diameter and length using a combination of techniques. The first removes a pie-slice shaped piece of tissue (skin and internal nipple tissue) along the entirety of the nipple height. The remaining nipple is sewn together and now has a smaller diameter. The second procedure removes only skin circumferentially from the base of the nipple, allowing the entire nipple to submerge or 'telescope' into the areola, where it is sewn in place. This shortens the height of the nipple. Both of these procedures are modifiable to adjust for patient goals. Those bumps can be 'sanded' down.
