Large nipple reduction possible? (Photo)

My nipples are inverted and when I pull them out with a corrector device they are so large. Is it possible to make them smaller? Also what are the small protruding bumps on the nipples themselves? They almost look like weird skin tags.

Hello, There is minimal sagging in the breasts. A 1-2 cm lift can be achieved with periareolar mastopexy. If more lifting is desired, a doughnut-shaped vertical mastopexy can be performed.

Hello, If you wish, an areola reduction can be performed again with local anesthesia. During this procedure, the areola sizes can also be made symmetrical.

Dear Kaybs, there is no way to predict this. I would have advised my patient not to count on being able to nurse after nipple reduction but the only way to know is to see if it works when you try. Best wishes to you!!
