My nipples are inverted and when I pull them out with a corrector device they are so large. Is it possible to make them smaller? Also what are the small protruding bumps on the nipples themselves? They almost look like weird skin tags.

There is minimal sagging in the breasts. A 1-2 cm lift can be achieved with periareolar mastopexy. If more lifting is desired, a doughnut-shaped vertical mastopexy can be performed.
