Nipple expanded after lift, what's the best way to fix this? (Photos)

I’ve had a breast lift and right after surgery the nipples looked an ideal size but now some months on and the whole nipples have expanded, lost colour and are even bigger than before. What’s the best way / surgery to fix this

Thank you for sharing your question. Yes a nipple reduction could be performed in order to reduce the prominence of each nipple. This can be done as an in-office procedure or simultaneously done during an operative breast reduction. Hope this helps.
