I'm 19 if it matters here -- unhappy with the shape of my breast and the size of my areola is making my breasts look a bit saggier than what they actually are. I only really want to get an areola reduction but does it look like i can achieve a more youthful and perkier look with just that surgery? I am open to getting a lift too but not if i don't need it. I'm not looking for a crazy change either, just don't want my nipples to look like theyre pointing downwards when facing the front anymore

If you wish, an areola reduction can be performed again with local anesthesia. During this procedure, the areola sizes can also be made symmetrical.

Dear Kaybs, there is no way to predict this. I would have advised my patient not to count on being able to nurse after nipple reduction but the only way to know is to see if it works when you try. Best wishes to you!!
