Whether you call it a reduction or a lift, there are significant limitations to that technique. You could have a breast lift done possibly with implants but in my opinion it’s not worth the scars for someone at your age

There is minimal sagging in the breasts. A 1-2 cm lift can be achieved with periareolar mastopexy. If more lifting is desired, a doughnut-shaped vertical mastopexy can be performed.
