Answer: Doctor You can search the various hair restoration society pages and those of the board certified dermatology and plastic surgery pages as they have the most members. The best is hard to judge so you have to go in yourselve and meet them. If you cant reach them, move on to the next person. You can also check on the pages of the makers of FUE devices.
