Revision for full, uneven, lumpy arm lift? (photo)

Hello, I had my arm lift done in April of 2024. As of right now, I’m incredibly displeased with my results and find myself in tears over it quite often. Initially, I believed that lipo would be done with the arm lift, but it wasn’t. Is it typical for arm lifts to be done without lipo? My arms are full, uneven, lumpy, and have even more pronounced banding than before the surgery. My surgeon and I discussed this and I knew that there was a potential of still having mild creasing after. They look to be almost the same size as prior to surgery. On top of this, my scarring is awful- which I understand isn’t the surgeons fault, but it’s frustrating nonetheless. Now I feel just as insecure as before I got the surgery. To be clear, this isn’t because of the scarring but because of my arms in general. I don’t mind scars. I’ve followed up with my surgeon several times through email, telephone and in person. Every time I’ve brought it up, I’ve been dismissed and interrupted. I’ve been told there’s nothing she can do other than a small scar revision of 2-3 inches on one arm. Is a revision suggested for this? Thoughts?
