Breast reduction sodium level concern, should I be concerned about hyponatremia?

Your surgeon will go over your lab tests. Slightly low sodium should not be a big deal. If your surgeon is concerned ( which I doubt) you could get the a repeat blood test. In our office we don’t even check electrolytes unless someone is on certain medications

You should be fine but take more salt in your diet. Sea salt is best over table salt because you get many more minerals. Also, drink more water for you may be somewhat dehydrated.
