Breast reduction sodium level concern, should I be concerned about hyponatremia?

I am scheduled for Breast Reduction Surgery Feb 26th and I just received results of blood work. All results were in the normal range however sodium level is 136 mmol/ L which is on the lower side of normal. My BMI is 26. Should I be concerned about hyponatremia?
