I’m 39 and my skin is very elastic. I had my chin lipo’d and my skin responded perfectly. My penis looks small due to fat accumulation on my pubic mound. I suggested liposuction, but my plastic surgeon is gung-ho on a pubic lift or tummy tuck. I honestly don’t want a scar across my abdomen. I think my skin would retract wearing a supportive garment. Any suggestions?

Answer: Male pubic liposuction Its difficult to give you a good answer without photos but something else to consider is liposuction with a skin tightening procedure like Bodytite. The radiofrequency tightens skin and may be an alternative to a pubic lift. I did a case like this last week and so far so good.
