best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Underarm fat can usually be removed with a combination of liposuction and small skin excision.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Noemilulo0823    You are not alone, fullness in the armpit area is quite common. Often times it is a combination of fat and breast tissue, called axillary breast tissue. Liposuction sometimes needs to be combined with direct excision of the breast tissue. Physical examination would determine which procedure is best for you. Costs for this procedure range from $5000-$8000 in New York City. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Hi The fat tissue you see under your arm is accesory mamarian gland. It can be removed by surgery. The gland and the skin over it must be reduced. The weight of the tissue is about 300cc ı guess.

You have to be evaluated in person. It may or may not be fat. It could be breast tissue. If it is fat, it can be suctioned. If it is breast tissue, it may require direct excision for removal.
