Hello, my name is Lauren, and I’m the aesthetics injector at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center. After receiving lip filler, it's typically recommended to avoid intense physical activity for at least 24 to 48 hours to minimize the risk of swelling or bruising. If you have any concerns or questions following your treatment, it’s always best to consult with your provider for personalized advice!
It’s generally recommended to avoid strenuous exercise for at least 24-48 hours after getting lip fillers, even if you only received a small amount. Exercise increases blood flow and can potentially cause more swelling, bruising, or filler migration in the treatment area.If you do decide to work out after 24 hours, it’s best to:Stick to light, low-impact activities (like walking).Avoid exercises that increase your heart rate significantly or involve bending over.To be safe, it's a good idea to consult with your injector to confirm when it’s best to resume your workout routine.

I’m not aware of any lip shaped classification, but your picture shows that your upper lip looks slightly larger than your lower lip. This might be due to an underbite dental occlusion or simply your natural anatomy. Most people have a lower lip that is significantly larger than the upper lip. I...
You are a candidate for a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
