3 weeks post-op white material came off scar, left a 1.5mm deep hole, and ant-bite pain. What is it? Will it even out? (photos)

You probably had a stitch abscess that can happen after any surgery where dissolvable sutures are used. Now that it has been drained, it should leal, but it will take time. Be patient and in close contact with your surgeon. Remember if you trusted him with your surgery, you should trust him with your post operative care. His opinion should be the most valid and the only one to act upon. In patients who have a defined nostril sill I would discuss the pros and cons of an incision under the sill. Your nostril sill didn't look that well defined and I don't think the location of your incision and scar will have a negative impact on your long term result. You would have had the same issues with wound healing regardless of the location.

Postoperatively, after a lip lift, you can anticipate bruising and swelling that will be noticeable to you and others for about 1 week. After the sutures are removed or dissolve, depending on the type used, there will be redness along the incision line for 4-6 weeks but this can be covered with makeup. Sometimes the upper lip lift is overcorrected with the initial procedure and will slowly assume its final position over weeks to months.
The nostrils changed because the nasal sill border was not respected, that is why I like to stay just beneath the nasal sill. Please speak to your surgeon about next steps.
