Is there a way to restore trimmed alar rims or alar overhang? (Photos)

I had overhaul rhinoplasty (augmentation and alarplasty). I let him decide and he cut too much of my alar rims and completely removed my alar overhang. Now the sides of my nose look disproportionate to the rest of my face. The edges of my nostrils look stunted. It makes my philtrum look too long and it looks weird when I smile. Is there a way to recreate the alar overhang or make the alar fuller? Maybe with fillers or auricular composite grafts? I think they looked the right size before. Thanks
