Your  wide interalar distance can be reduced by alar wedge excisions at the nostril sill and alar facial fold. This would result in a scar at the alar crease which heals quite well even in the non-caucasian  Africian American, Asian ,or Hispanic nose. This is a standard adjunctive technique to rhinoplasty. Hi.  I need to see better less close-up pictures of your face and nose.  Many Asians who think or complain of large nostrils thing they have to undergo an alar base reduction whereas the issue is too much nostril-show which needs a much more complex rhinoplasty to lengthen the nose and push the tip down so less nostrils are visible from the front view.  Narrowing may be just a part of it but de-rotating may be the main issue and its hard to tell with these pictures.
