6 weeks post op open rhinoplasty, nose looks droopy, polly beak and out of shape. What went wrong?

I am 6 weeks post op and my nose tip looks droopy, pointing down, poly beak and just out of shape. It looked OK from 2 weeks post op but has gradually got worse , can you advice
