I had an Asian rhinoplasty in Korea2012. The immediate outcome was a perfect, straight and shapely nose with the tip slightly upturned. However, as time went on, the tip drooped so significantly and a small hump seems to appear on nose bridge, shaping the overall nose into a droopy or hook shape nose (See picture).
