I had an Asian rhinoplasty in Korea2012. The immediate outcome was a perfect, straight and shapely nose with the tip slightly upturned. However, as time went on, the tip drooped so significantly and a small hump seems to appear on nose bridge, shaping the overall nose into a droopy or hook shape nose (See picture). Based on your photos and description, it does appear that a revision rhinoplasty can address your concerns. For a taller bridge, DCF (Diced cartilage fascia) provides permanent results without the risk of warping or resorption of en bloc rib cartilage, and with a much lower rate of migration, infection, or extrusion than synthetic grafts (like Goretex). With a rhinoplasty surgeon experienced in this technique, diced cartilage wrapped in fascia is a consistent, reliable, long-lasting technique for creating dorsal augmentation with a smooth profile and lifted tip. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist in order to achieve the best results possible. Hello You do not need to do again Rhino surgery because only tip of your nose will disturbs you that is why maybe only tip nose surgery will be enough
