Fat grafting can be performed after implants for finishing touches. Personally, I use Vaser ultrasound liposuction for this.An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations. 

Fat transfer on top of implants is reasonable.  I try to avoid performing the surgery more than once, and the average patient achieves about 3/4 cup increase in size.  If a second procedure is indicated, you can usually tell by 6 weeks.  Depending upon healing characteristics, it may be reasonable to perform the second surgery at 3 months.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Data from our plastic surgery society, supports the use of fat grafting to the breast. Fat grafting to the breast helps add volume and smooth the overall breast contour by adding volume where deficient.  Fat grafting, like all procedures, has some risks like resorption, lumpiness, asymmetry, etc. and this discussed in greater detail at consultation.

Charlettap. It is safe to have fat transferred to your breasts after breast augmentation, especially if you wish to only increase one breast size.  The only issue is asymmetrical fat take, more fat taking on one side than the other, resulting in asymmetrical breast size. Another option is exchanging your implants to a larger size.  Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

clearly you could undergo fat transfer, but IF you truly have a MOD profile implants that is 225cc, you could clearly change the profile to a MP or HP and increase the volume. lots of options, you just have to decide what is the best option for you

Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a good candidate Autologous fat transfer to the breasts. This is a common procedure in my practice with great patient satisfaction.  Of course an in person consultation would be best to discuss options for harvest location and evaluation. 

i offer this for patients with small breast or patients that desire more cleavage. They feel and look more natural. Please see the link. 

The enemy of good is better so you should consider leaving well enough alone. You should have fully discussed implant size with your surgeon before surgery and mutually agreed on the correct size implant. The implant size should be chosen based on breast base width diameter and the ability of the skin envelope to hold the implant. If you weren't able to contain a larger implant because of rib cage or skin issues why would you be able to make up the difference with fat grafting?
