I could not go large with my implants because I didn't have a lot of breast tissue and I have a small ribcage. But I was thinking that grafting fat to the breast tissue would be a great way to give me one more cup size and also add to a more natural appearance. Implants are 225cc moderate profile.

You should have fully discussed implant size with your surgeon before surgery and mutually agreed on the correct size implant. The implant size should be chosen based on breast base width diameter and the ability of the skin envelope to hold the implant. If you weren't able to contain a larger implant because of rib cage or skin issues why would you be able to make up the difference with fat grafting?
