I am an Eastern Asian and I have a huge bulbose nose from Father's side that I hate. I do not want my nose to be taller (I do not want prosthetics inside) but just what the alar part to be more narrow and pointy at the tip. Could this be accomplished by doing only an alarplasty instead of rhinoplasty? And how much do they cost?
