I had a breast implant removal along with a mastopexy 10 months ago. One month after the surgery, my dermatologist found that the scars were a little bit swollen, so she told me to put corticoid cream. Now they are flat but wide (up to 1 cm width). I need a scar revision. I think that an excision and suture is the only solution to make them thinner. Are there methods that you would recommend ? Specific stiches ? Dissolvable or regular suture ? Sorry the pictures are upside down.

Capsulorraphy is one of the most difficult maneouvres in revision surgery of the breast, do consider the skills of the surgeon and not the price. If necessary do travel to affordable countries where you can find skilled surgeons.
Your question is a bit unclear. Breast implant removal is an option for every patient. You do not need a medical emergency in order to have them removed. Simply speak with your surgeon or another board certified plastic surgeon about your interest in removal and you can set a surgical time...
Yes it is fine to have saline implants deflated. This can be performed in the surgeon's office. The saline is sterile and poses no risk to you. Your body will absorb it. You can then allow your body begin to heal including skin retraction. The implant shells can be removed at a later date.
