Will my nipples and breast look better?

Most likely not - at 5 months you are more or less at your final result (which can take up to 6 months, or even longer in some cases, but the issues you're bringing up are not likely to resolve on their own).While it's understandable that you did not want the incisions and scarring of a more formal mastopexy (vertical or inverted-T), the trade-off is the combination of problems you're noting now: pleating, flattened appearance, still with some ptosis.But, in view of that, you have a nice result (ie, within the range of what this procedure can do).  And you still have the option to convert to a more formal mastopexy if you decide that what you have now is not aesthetic enough.  There are no perfect answers so you have to decide which of the options you'll be the happiest with or, depending on how you look at it, the least unhappy.  You should of course discuss this with your own plastic surgeon.Sorry, but I hope that this helps and good luck.Dr. Alan EnglerMember of #RealSelf500
