It is common to have nerve sensitivity for up to 18 months after explantation surgery. Some patients will have sharp electrical like prickling pain that can be decreased with non-steroidal anti-imflammatory agents such as advil and motrin. Hopefully the pain will be decreased in the near future.
The surgery that would have corrected the severe skin laxity would have probably have been better a full or formal mastopexy. Your breast show signs of grade 3 skin laxity that is best tightened using a full lift or an anchor scar.
