Is it okay to pick crusts/bumps after 2-3 months of hair transplant FUE?

I am 2 months post FUE,my scalp is little itchy,When i run my fingers through my scalp,i feel small bumps, crusts,is it okay if i pick them with my finger nails?no bleeding nothing,i am 2 months post FUE,will i damage my grafts even now?

You should not have crust and bumps 3 months after a hair transplant. Something is not right.  See your doctor for an exam.

You need to make sure that both the recipient and the donor area are as clean as possible during the postoperative period. If you have crusts in one of these areas, this is important to scrub them during the shampoo. Pay attention to use your fingertips, not your nails. You can also apply sweet almond oil in order to soften the crusts.

I don't understand why you are having any problem at 2 months. You might have an infection so I suggest that you go back to your doctor and have your doctor examine you. Infections do show up at 2 months, especially if you pick at the grafts.
