Is it okay to pick crusts/bumps after 2-3 months of hair transplant FUE?

I am 2 months post FUE,my scalp is little itchy,When i run my fingers through my scalp,i feel small bumps, crusts,is it okay if i pick them with my finger nails?no bleeding nothing,i am 2 months post FUE,will i damage my grafts even now?

Answer: You should not have crust and bumps 3 months after a hair transplant. Something is not right. See your doctor for an exam.
