One side is lower and saggy after unilateral capsulectomy. Any suggestions? (photos)

I am sorry to hear about the concerns you have after revisionary breast surgery. As you state, it is too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed; some changes are predictable over the course of the next several months. Unfortunately, it is not possible to predict with any degree of certainty, exactly what those changes will be and whether or not you will be pleased with the breast symmetry or implants' positions. I would suggest that you continue to follow-up with your plastic surgeon who will always be your best resource when it comes to evaluation  and recommendations. Thank you for the picture. You do have some mild symmetry. Only time will tell the final position of your breast. Right now there's nothing to do but allow complete healing and reevaluate it's three months. 

At this point, you have to give it time to heal.  You might very well need a revision down the road. But give it time heal and follow closely with your surgeon.
