First I did 530 cc moderate plus saline implants , behind the muscle. , should I have done high profile gummy bear. Over or bedhind the muscle ? When I lay down my boobs fall to my armpit me hurts and is completely flat in the middle of my chest , I can fit a whole mans hand in the middle of my chest n it's flat as a board gross! whst should I do & who should I go to ? My natural noobs were a little far apart ,, maybe w this boob job they can close my pockets and open up my inner pockets!?

Answer: Revision breast surgery You might want to consider a lift (mastopexy) with high profile saline or silicone implants to get you more of a "porn star" look. Your natural breast anatomy, however, seems to place your breasts with a wider central gap. Therefore there is only so much a revision surgery can do for you. Best of luck to you

Answer: Remove and Replace Breast Implants Remove and replace implant procedures are very common. Most women are now exchanging their saline implants for the more natural feeling and looking silicone implants. The newer silicone implants have been FDA approved since 2006 and offer more sizes and shapes than the now outdated saline implants. They come with a lifetime warranty that also covers surgery for implant capsule formation.In this situation, I would recommend switching from saline to silicone and using a larger, high profile style, implant to give the projection requested, something between 700-800 cc's. I would also switch from below the muscle to on top of the muscle to obtain the desired look.Implant exchange procedures are typically much less painful than the original procedure with a 2-3 day recovery. Make sure you visit with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs exchange procedures frequently.Good Luck!
