First I did 530 cc moderate plus saline implants , behind the muscle. , should I have done high profile gummy bear. Over or bedhind the muscle ? When I lay down my boobs fall to my armpit me hurts and is completely flat in the middle of my chest , I can fit a whole mans hand in the middle of my chest n it's flat as a board gross! whst should I do & who should I go to ? My natural noobs were a little far apart ,, maybe w this boob job they can close my pockets and open up my inner pockets!?

Not just any board certified plastic surgeon, but one with many years of frequently performing breast augmentation surgery including different approaches, techniques and implant choices. This is because several measurements not to mention your breast characteristics are needed to determine the optimal implant size to obtain your goals. For example, the existing base width of your breast will determine, in many cases, the maximal volume per implant profile that you can accommodate. Answer: Large Implants To have "fake" looking breasts the size of the implant would have to be much larger than your body type. That will also stretch your skin and breast tissue beyond its capacity and may exaggerate the concern you have of them falling too much to the sides when you lay down. Even if you close the implant pocket on the sides, a larger and heavier implant will stretch the repair and have the same issue recur. Larger implants consistently have more downside compared to a more proportionately sized implant. However, you can discuss a wider implant with your surgeon which can span your chest better but you do lose projection. There may be a compromise that will suit you. I would recommend discussing with your board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Revision breast surgery You might want to consider a lift (mastopexy) with high profile saline or silicone implants to get you more of a "porn star" look. Your natural breast anatomy, however, seems to place your breasts with a wider central gap. Therefore there is only so much a revision surgery can do for you. Best of luck to you
