Nose uneven when I smile. What is causing this?

Four weeks ago I had cheekbone augmentation (medpor) and a closed rhinoplasty performed (mainly tip reduction and osteotomies) and now when I smile my left nostril rises higher than my right nostril. What is causing this?

It is much too early to evaluate your results. Cheek swelling alone could impact mobility with facial animation. Discuss this with your surgeon.
