How can I manage nerve pain post breast augmentation?

I am day 2 post breast augmentation. Since surgery I have sharp painful stabs in my right breast, lower outter area. I can not use my right arm for anything, not even lift the elbow without getting the pain. Sometimes it also feels like its burning in that area, moving down under my armpit. I don't know whether to not move that side at all, or to keep moving & put up with the pain. I am taking Endone when it severly hurts, panadol for minor pain, antibiotics, vitamin c and arnica.
