I'm 47 years old. I have 350cc saline implants (A cup to C cup), my surgery was in Dec. 2011. I occasionally notice dried spots on my bra over the nipple area when I'm undressing. It seems to be clear, no colored stains. This doesn't happen all the time, but I have noticed it occasionally since the surgery. I read (on this forum) about this happening to some women soon after augmentation surgery. I breastfed my children 13+ years ago. I'm concerned since this is happening 2 years post-op.
