It may be normal to have some redness two weeks after surgery as each person heals differently.  If you are concerned please contact your doctor.

Normally redness subsides within a month- but if it's getting worse you should contact your doctor (or if it hasn't improved by the one month mark). As for heavy lifting, most doctors say 2 weeks but you should check with your own doctor as some may want you to wait up to a month.

The redness in the recipient zone is extremely very normal after hair transplant procedure and it could persist for 2 to 3 months. This is perfectly normal; inflammatory reaction to the hair transplant process. Yes, you can start heavy weight lifting now.

Some people hold on to a pinkish hue after a hair transplant in both the recipient site and the donor site. This is related to a fair, sensitive skin and it will go away in time

Yes, you may have some redness up to a month after the procedure so this isn't anything to be concerned about. I typically also instruct my patients to hold off from exercise for 10-14 days, but after the 2 week mark you are safe to go back to working out and heavy lifting.
