Can vomiting with high blood pressure felt in the head adversely affect my hair transplant results or growth?

If are having vomiting and high blood pressure it would be best to contact your doctor.  It would not affect the hair but it would affect your health in general.

If the vomiting is within 72 hours post-surgery, you are likely to have swelling in the forehead area that will travel down to the eyes and lower face. Do not be alarmed by this, it usually resolves without sequela, but why are you vomiting? I would recommend follow up with your doctor. Is it because of pain medicine like codeine? This needs evaluation and treatment if appropriate.

vomiting after a hair transplant will not impact the graft growth.  Just be careful with the washing of the recipient area
