It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.  You will not likely see growth after 2 months.

Based on the photo you provided I cannot make any comment on your donor scar.However,the donor scar should continue to decrease in size and remodel for up to a year or more.There can also be some associated hair loss from around the scar which should grow back over several months.

There seems to be a problem there. Possibilities are;
1. Shock loss around the incision line which could subside within a couple of months.
2. Severe transection of follicles which will leave a hairless area.
3. Detachment of the wound edges after the procedure which will leave a wide scar.
In any case, there is nothing to do but wait. If at 6 months it still looks the same, you can start looking for a repair surgeon.

The issue with the FUT (Strip) procedure is not only that it leaves a scar in your donor region, that often times it will stretch and then be visible. 

It is possible that there has been a bit of telogen effluvium around the incision (the follicles all entering their dormant stage), something that happens from time to time.  If this is the case the hair will grow back over the next 6-10 months.  Your best bet is to wait and see how things settle out, then address this issue with your surgeon and discuss options for revising the scar if it doesn't improve.
