transplant was done 3 years ago. Loved it at the beginning but when I tied my hair back in a pony the hairline was too low mostly at the edges. I had a square shaped hairline which suited me but just was too high. Now it's more rounded at the edges and feel it doesn't frame my face well. I plucked some out thinking that some would grow back finer as some hairs were too thick for the hairline.I want to get them repositioned but I'm worried about the scarring and healing time.

There aren't any studies done on this so I would wait a month after your transplant- at this point your transplanted hairs are essentially the same as your normal hair, so it's very unlikely it will affect the transplants any differently than your normal hair at that point.
