Did my surgeon do a good job regarding my herniated nipples? (tuberous breasts) (Photo)

7 months ago I went through surgery to give my tuberous breasts a more round look and I wanted the nipples to be smaller and not protude as much. Right now I can feel the hard scar tissue around the areola and i'm happy with the size but when the nipples are relaxed they look way too puffy. If they were a little bit flatter or the transition was smoother I wouldn't mind but what do you think?

Your breasts are not tubular. You may benefit from breast augmentation to improve the shape and volume. If you want to move the nipple-areola complex more medial and decrease the separation from the breasts then you will need a circumareola lift. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

I would recommend performing an augmentation-mastopexy (implant + lift). Surgery pricing is quite variable depending on the region, surgeon, and practice. Regardless of where, you need to find a plastic surgeon with actual training in plastic surgery, ideally one with aesthetic fellowship training.
