Could I benefit from genioplasty? Can genioplasty fix chin ptosis or would it make it worse? (Photo)

I'm 19 and I have a receding jaw, so I've been thinking of getting genioplasty. I had brackets to fix my bite (idk if its important) but I think I have chin ptosis and I'm worried that this surgery would make that issue worse. Also I feel like I have chin fat, would genioplasty fix that or would I need an independent surgery for that? Is it a very extreme and problematic surgery??
