Hello! I 'm 28 years old and I have this jowl on my left side since a long time (early 20's), I don't want a face lift because I'm young but I would like a permanent solution. I think this is because of a lack of bone structure. What can I do about it? Genioplasty? Malar osteotomy? Implant? Any other idea? I would love to read your professional advices! Thank you very much.
