I got a nose job and the doctor suggested I get a sliding genioplasty as well because it would balance my face. After surgery I wasn't really happy but couldn't tell why. I got braces a couple years later and my orthodontist asked why my chin was crooked and that I should probably go get a check up with the surgeon again. I now notice it a lot.. can this be fixed? Is what is considered a "step off"? I put before and after picture
