Am I a good candidate for breast fat transfer? 30 y/o hoping to achieve a fuller, less saggy look (photos)

Your breasts are low on the chest wall. You will need a lift and the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Fat transfer can help with some volume to help fill the breasts and shape. You do have some ptosis, but I would not necessarily push for a lift given your expectations and small amount of ptosis. The problem I see is where to get the fat, you look quite thin. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for your question. Based on your photos, you are unlikely to have a significant volume of fat available for transfer due to your overall physique. If you wish to avoid an implant and would like a fuller upper pole, I would recommend that you undergo a breast uplift procedure with auto-augmentation. This means using tissue from the lower portion of your breast (often removed as part of an uplift or reduction procedure) and keeping it to improve the projection of your breasts. Fat could be added in addition if there are adequate volumes available.
