Good evening, I'm a 30 years old female who whent through a rapid weight loss when I was a teenager. I don't want to get implant, I just want them less saggy and fuller at the top

Your breasts are low on the chest wall. You will need a lift and the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Fat transfer can help with some volume to help fill the breasts and shape. You do have some ptosis, but I would not necessarily push for a lift given your expectations and small amount of ptosis. The problem I see is where to get the fat, you look quite thin. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for your question. Based on your photos, you are unlikely to have a significant volume of fat available for transfer due to your overall physique. If you wish to avoid an implant and would like a fuller upper pole, I would recommend that you undergo a breast uplift procedure with auto-augmentation. This means using tissue from the lower portion of your breast (often removed as part of an uplift or reduction procedure) and keeping it to improve the projection of your breasts. Fat could be added in addition if there are adequate volumes available.

fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It’s hard to imagine where one would get the fat for fat transfer. Believe it or not some surgeons will tell you to gain weight as absurd as that sounds. With fat transfer keep your expectations very modest. It’s not the great procedure you may think it is.

Thank you for your question. Fat grafting would be a good option for you to achieve a more full appearance to your breasts, without making a drastic difference in size. However, you look rather skinny, and there needs to be enough fat to take from. Good luck.

Fat can be used indeed as a natural filler to add some volume to your breasts. When it comes to droopiness though (ptosis) it will be very challenging to mitigate solely by fat transfer. You may want to consider an uplift to address that part and also some fat transfer if you want some extra volume. In any case a thorough consultation where you can discuss your concerns will help.

The breast can be lifted with an internal  absorbable mesh via a circum areolar incision
