I had buccal fat removal (less than half golf ball) from each side, and since then my eyes look smaller and they feel dry. Since the removal, my skin has sagged and I have wrinkles, esp more around the corners of my eyes and on the cheeks. Can buccal fat removal affect the eyes? Maybe this is because my face has sagged? My eyes are more small and esp more when I smile. I never had this problem till I had this procedure. What do you recommend? Thanks!
