Hello! For quite some time now, I’ve struggled with a rather asymmetrical face. My left side is well defined and noticeably more attractive than my right side. My right side is bigger, fattier, and less defined. I also have a crooked nose which contributes to my asymmetrical look. What procedures should I consider to make my right side more like my left? I am a 5’10”, 154lb, 21 year old male in perfect health. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Concerning your facial asymmetry, the best and easiest procedure would be to do a fat transfer. We would remove fat from the abdomen or inner thighs, process the fat, and then inject it where needed. 
The other option would be to do a buccal fat removal on the right side of the face, trying not to remove all the fat to get symmetry. 
For the nose, I would like more pictures to evaluate the work that needs to be done. Do you have any breathing problems? Have you had any trauma to your nose? In general, a crooked nose can be caused by a septal deviation or a hump. The treatment depends on what the cause is. My recommendation would be a functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty and septoplasty.
