I’m 48 yo, & average weight, & healthy My skin quality is still quite thick, I’m not showing wrinkles yet, though have had annual Botox for my 11 lines; though I’ve not had any surgical facial procedures. This said, I’m not opposed to doing so in the future as it’s warranted!! I have wide, fairly prominent cheekbones but also a fuller lower face regardless of weight fluctuations, & cheeks seem to be not only retaining their fullness but causing me to look more jowl-y than I’d like.

Might be a good option to do a genioplasty with or without jawline contouring (V-line). Hard to say from the pics, but if the jaw is wide in that area or the chin sits back a bit, augmenting the chin may help. If it is purely a soft tissue issue, you could do a thread lift. As I see it, the fold...
Might need to alter the approach a bit, but the buccal fat is in a different place. There is a chance it would make the dimple more prominent or change the position of it to some degree, but if there is too much buccal fat, the dimple-plasty should stay roughly the same.
